They also reduce the load on the conveyor belt and its components, lowering the power requirements of the conveyor system and increasing the conveying speed, thereby achieving energy savings and reducing transportation costs. By replacing multi-layer structures with single- or double-layer designs, the belt thickness is reduced by 7% to 17%, while bond strength and flexibility are enhanced, allowing for a slight reduction in roller diameters.
