Fabric nominal ratings

Common NN designations progress approximately from NN100 through NN500 series (brand-specific tensile/elongation)—verify each mill’s datasheet.

Widths and plies

• Widths from narrow light-duty widths up to roughly 100–3,000 mm on wide production lines depending on curing press capacity.
• Multi-ply NN stacks often span about 1–10 plies for textiles; exact maxima depend on splice method and drum diameters.

Cover thickness

• Carry cover: often roughly 1.5–8 mm for heavy abrasion duties (project-specific).
• Pulley/contact cover: often about 0–4.5 mm, sometimes bare back for sliders or special coatings.
