Features and Applications

It is made by using multi-layer polyester-cotton canvas as the carcass layer and coating it with a general-purpose surface rubber, followed by molding and vulcanization. It is primarily suitable for conveying powdered materials, small-to-medium-sized granular materials, or less abrasive bulk goods and piece goods under normal temperature conditions.

Implementation standard

GB/T 7984-2013 “Fabric-Cord Conveyor Belts for General Use”—This standard references and adopts the international standard ISO 14890:2003.

Note: H is used for conveying sharp, abrasive materials that severely damage belts; D is used for conveying highly abrasive materials; L is used for conveying moderately abrasive materials.

Full-thickness tensile properties

a. The longitudinal tensile strength of the belt shall not be less than the following nominal values: 160, 200, 250, 315, 400, 500, 600, 630, 800 N/mm.

b. The longitudinal reference strain of the belt at full thickness shall not exceed 4%.

c. Line length: no more than 25 mm.
